Developing countries like Malawi are adversely affected by climate change and least able to deal with its effects on their social, economic and natural systems.

Malawi is heading toward environmental unsustainability and according to a research paper (2013) at current rates of deforestation Malawi will be without trees by 2033. 

£1 Plants a single tree | £30 Builds a stove

  • £10 PLANTS 10 TREES

    A £10 donation would allow us to purchase 10 trees and train villagers in agroforestry enabling them to grow their own tree nurseries, plant sustainable wood lots and protect and restore existing trees and wooded areas.

  • £30 BUILDS A STOVE

    A £30 donation would allow us to build a live-changing stove for a family in Malawi. Not only are these stoves fuel-efficient, but they also cook quicker, produce less smoke and are a much safer alternative to cooking on open fires.
