Sporting Success for the Hope Ambassadors

There was joyous dancing as our Hope Ambassadors made Mbedza proud at an end of year sports tournament organised by The Sparkle Foundation.

We entered both football and netball teams and their hard work paid off as the football team went away with the football trophy whilst the netball team were awarded silver medals as runners up in the netball competition.

This was a great moment for the Hope Ambassadors and as a prize for their achievements the ambassadors also took away two netballs. Chairperson, Timothy, commented, "This success is for all of Mbedza and our sponsors who are tirelessly helping us to interact with our fellow youths. Our success today just proves the organisation and coordination within our group."

Thank you to The Sparkle Foundation for organising the event, inviting Mbedza and bringing the youth of Zomba district together. We are looking forward to proudly displaying the trophy at our Songani Centre.
