A Transformative Journey to the north

Last week Peatry (Country Director), Nina (Deputy-Director), Andrew (Stove Builder) and Jessie (Communications Content Officer) headed up north on a learning journey to the Nkhatabay district where they visited three organisations with similar projects to our own.

The team was fortunate enough to visit to Ripple Africa, Temwa in Mzuzu, and the Vizara rubber plantations where they gained valuable insights on forest conservation and tree planting.

They were also thrilled to witness the innovative projects being carried out by Ripple Africa, including the Changu Changu Stove project, the "Fish for Tomorrow" initiative, and their "Trees Project".

The team arrived home with a wealth of new knowledge, inspiring them to re-evaluate and improve the management of their own projects. It looks to be a truly a transformative experience. so watch this space!
